Anyone older than 22 years old can apply to register with us.
All you need to do is send us an email to contact@synergybeautymed.com
1. Attach at least three close-up photographs (front, right and left side) of the area you wish to treat (face, hands, neck, décolleté, etc.).
2. Briefly tell us what your main concerns are about the appearance of that area.
3. Tell us if you already have had any treatment(s) in the past, and if so, which one(s).
We will come back with to you within 72 hours with a decision.
